“I write to you for the purpose of giving my strongest possible recommendation to Homestead
Construction, the owner Richard Huber, and the work crew and its foreman. My family has
employed Mr. Huber to complete projects ranging in size from relatively small repairs to large
residential construction jobs. Over the course of my life, I have personally served on the line in
a lumber shop making trusses, and I also worked on multiple construction sites. I have paid
contractors to have a home built, refurbished another home myself, and paid to have a third
home renovated. My experience with contractors and sub-contractors is considerable.
I can honestly tell you that the team at Homestead Construction, LLC is the absolute best with
whom I have ever worked. This praise is well-earned through the leadership provided by the
owner Richard Huber, by the steady and consistent guidance constantly given by the foreman
Ivan, and by the hardworking, ethical crewmen brought to each jobsite. When I use the word
“best,” I am referring to the quality of the craftmanship, the durability of their product, the
visual aesthetics of each completed project, and the superior overall value for the reasonable
and competitive cost of service. This company gives the same attention to detail for every task,
regardless of size.
Simply put, you will find no better contractor and crew in the region, and I wholeheartedly
recommend them for any job you are considering.
Do not hesitate to contact me with any questions at 610-587-0306.”
